Professor Jason Potts

Professor Jason Potts is the director of WBIA, a senior researcher at the New Orient Chain, and the director of the RMIT Blockchain Research Institute, a social science research institution focused on blockchain technology. Professor Jason Potts is one of Australia's top economists and an expert in innovation and new technology economics. He is a member of the Australian Academy of Social Sciences, vice chairman of the International Joseph Schumpeter Society, and editor of the Journal of Institutional Economics. His new book is Innovation Sharing (published by Oxford University Press).

Dr. Chris Berg is a senior researcher at WBIA and RMIT Blockchain Research Institute, a senior researcher at New Position Chain, a senior researcher at the Institute of Public Affairs, the world's oldest free market think tank, and an academic researcher at the Australian Taxpayers' Union. He is one of Australia's outstanding public intellectuals and is recognized as an expert in regulatory technology and public policy in Australia and around the world.

Dr Guo Feng

点亮资本创始、合伙人，新方位链高级研究员,中关村区块链产业联盟副理事长，青岛链湾研究院理事长，北京大学产业技术研究院及清华同方创业孵化器创业导师，国内早期互联网及区块链技术研究者。目前专注于区块链、人工智能与机器人、物联网等领域的天使投资，具有30多家创业公司投资经验。曾任西安电子科技大学教授、通信工程学院副院长，及国内外知名企业高管。

Dr. Guo Feng is the founder and partner of Liangming Capital, a senior researcher at Xinbiansheng Chain, the vice chairman of Zhongguancun Blockchain Industry Alliance, the chairman of Qingdao Chain Bay Research Institute, a mentor for entrepreneurship at Peking University Industrial Technology Research Institute and Tsinghua Tongfang Venture Incubator, and an early domestic researcher in Internet and blockchain technology. Currently focusing on angel investment in blockchain, artificial intelligence and robotics, Internet of Things and other fields, he has more than 30 years of investment experience in start-ups. He used to be a professor at Xi'an Electronic Science and Technology University, the vice president of the School of Communication Engineering, and a senior executive of well-known enterprises at home and abroad.
